摘　　要：目的探讨长期服用抗精神病药(APS)对住院精神分裂症患者体质量、血糖和血脂的影响。方法应用OLYMPUSAU400全自动生化分析仪,对持续APS>2年的住院精神分裂症患者277例,分别测定其空腹血糖、血清三酰甘油(TG)、总胆固醇(TC),同时测量其身高、体质量,并与120例健康者组成的健康对照组进行比较。按药物使用情况将患者分为经典APS组、非经典APS组及联合用药组。结果(1)住院精神分裂症患者的体质量指数(BMI)、空腹血糖、TG显著高于健康对照组(P<0.01);其TC与健康对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。(2)精神分裂症患者中,联合用药组BMI、空腹血糖、TG显著高于经典APS组,空腹血糖及TG显著高于非经典APS组(P<0.05);非经典APS组中空腹血糖、TC显著高于经典组(P<0.05)。结论长期APS易导致住院精神分裂症患者肥胖,且对血糖、血脂代谢均有不同程度的影响。其中非典型APS及其与经典APS的联用,明显增加了患者糖、脂代谢异常的风险。Objective To explore the effect of the long-time anti-psychotics treatment on weight,blood-sugar adn blood-fattiness. Methods To use the Olympus AU400 biological and chemical-analyzer and to mensurate the blood-sugar,TG,TC and weight in limosis state of the 277 inpatients got the long-time anti-psychotics for more than 2 years. The results were compared with the 120 healthy people as the contrast group. According to the medication condition,to divide the patients into classical APS group, non-classical APS group and union-medication group. Resuits （1）The physical quality index（BMI）,blood-sugar in limosis,TG of schizophrenia were evidently higher than those of normal contrast group （P〈0.01 ）, hut the TC was not obviously different （P〈0.05）. （2） Schizophrenia, the physical quality index（BMI）,blood-sugar in limosis,TG of union medication group were evidently higher than those of classical APS group,also the blood-sugar in limosis,TG were evidently higher than those of the non-classical APS group（P〈0. 05）. The blood-sugar in limosis, TG of non-classical APS group were evidently higher than those of the classical group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Long time anti-psychotics to schizophrenia will bring obesity to the patients,also affect the blood-sugar and blood-fattiness in different degree. Especially the non-classical APS combined with the classical APS,would increase the risk of metablic abnormality on sugar and fattiness.
