小型钛板坚固内固定治疗下颌骨骨折79例临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨小型钛板坚固内固定在下颌骨骨折中的应用。方法对笔者所在医院79例下颌骨骨折患者进行小型钛板坚固内固定和颌间结扎，并对病例资料进行回顾性分析。结果76例患者Ⅰ期愈合，Ⅱ期愈合3例，所有患者面部无明显畸形，颌关系基本恢复正常，咀嚼、张口等功能良好，X线检查骨折线愈合良好。结论小型钛板坚固内固定合并颌间结扎治疗下颌骨骨折是一种理想的治疗方法。Objective To explore the application of internal rigid fixation with titanium plates to treatment of mandibular fractures. Methods Rigid internal fixation and intermaxillary fixation were used in 79 eases with mandible fractures, and give retrospective analyses. Results All patients gained good clinical results with satisfied occlusion, the mouth opening and so on, X - ray showed the fracture line gained well healed. Conclusion Rigid internal fixation with titanium plates combined with intermaxillary fixation is a reliable and effective techinique in patients with mandibular fractures.
