摘　　要：西部农村"留守儿童"不仅存在着严重的教育问题,同时在心理、生活、德育和安全上都存在着诸多问题。从社会、家庭和学校层面分析问题的成因,可以为农村"留守儿童"的教育和管理提供更好的方法和措施。Left - over children in the west rural area of China, as an inevitable result of imbalanced economic development, has become a serious social problem. Not only the children＇s education, but also their mentality, lives, moral education and security, are quite serious. This paper attempts to get a better solution to the left - over ehildren＇s education and management problem with the analysis of the causes from the perspectives of society, family and school.
