摘  要:通过测定十字花科蔬菜中硫代葡萄糖苷的含量,并从种子中提取硫代葡萄糖苷,测定其对小菜蛾产卵的影响.在供试的6种蔬菜中,小菜蛾产卵量与其中硫代葡萄糖苷含量的趋势基本相符,即小菜蛾趋向选择硫代葡萄糖苷含量较高的蔬菜上产卵.从菜心种子中提取硫代葡萄糖苷进行小菜蛾产卵选择性试验结果表明,卵全部产于喷有该提取物的通菜上,在一定的浓度范围内,浓度越高,着卵量越多,两者相关极显著(P<0.01,r=0.9116).寄主植物菜心和硫代葡萄糖苷提取液对小菜蛾产卵影响的试验结果表明,体积分数分别为1%、0.1%、0.01%的硫代葡萄糖苷提取液和菜心都能引诱并刺激小菜蛾产卵,使其产卵前期缩短,产卵高峰期提前,产卵量增加.he relationship between glucosinolates content of cruciferous plants and oviposition preference of the diamondback moth(DBM), Plutella xylostella L. was studied. It showed that the DBM adults preferred to lay their eggs on the plants with high content of glucosinlates. It was also supported by an oviposition bioassay experiment (n=5) which was conducted with the glucosinolates extracts from the seeds of Brassica parachinensis at seven serial diluted concentrations at a range from 10% to 0.001%. The linear regression relationship between the number of eggs laid and the concentration of glucosinolates was highly significant (r=0.911 6, P<0.01).The results of the non-choice and its glucosinolates all accelerated DBM oviposition and increased the number of eggs laid. The results in these experiments demonstrated that glucosinolates played on attactive and stimulant for DBM oviposition, and played an important role in host-plant selection.
