苦丁茶体细胞组织培养再生植株的研究

摘　　要：报道了苦丁茶不经愈伤组织直接从外植体获得分化芽及愈伤组织诱导的结果，讨论了体细胞组织培养技术在苦丁茶上应用的可能性．he differentiation buds of Ilex kudingcha C.J.Tseng were successfully induced directly from the explant without passing through the period of callus.But the callus of Ilex kudingcha  C.J.Tseng were also induced from the explant. The applied possibility about the technology of somatic cell and tissue culture in Ilex　kudingcha  C.J.Tseng was discussed.
