摘　　要：目的检测胃癌患者外周血调节性T细胞（Treg）水平并对其进行初步分析。方法四色流式细胞仪检测术前胃癌患者（n=25）及正常健康者（n=25）外周血CD4^＋CD25^＋FOXP3^＋Treg水平。结果正常对照组CD4^＋CD25^＋FOXP3^＋Treg／PBL为（1．229±0．656）％，胃癌组CD4^＋CD25^＋FOXP3^＋Treg／PBL为（1．993±0，830）％。胃癌患者外周血Treg较正常对照组明显升高（P〈0．01）。结论胃癌患者外周血Treg水平升高，可因其免疫负调作用而导致免疫抑制。Objective To investigate regulatory T cells in peripheral blood of gastric cancer patients. Methods The CD4^＋CD25^＋FOXP3^＋ regulatory T ceils in peripheral blood of gastric cancer patients （ n = 25 ） and normal individuals （ n = 25 ） were assessed by four-color flow cytometric analysis. Results The CD4^＋CD25^＋FOXP3^＋ Treg/PBL was （ 1. 229 ±0. 656） % in normal control group, while that was （ 1. 993±0. 830） % in gastric cancer group. The number of CD4^＋CD25^＋FOXP3^＋ regulatory T cells in gastric cancer patients was significantly more than that in the normal control group （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion There is an increased pool of CD4^＋CD25^＋FOXP3^＋ regulatory T cells in the peripheral blood of gastric cancer patients,which may be related to immunosuppression.
