摘 要:以HEIDENHAIN RON786C型增量式编码器为代表详述了一种独特的距离编码机制和利用距离编码的快速找零算法,并结合其在三轴转台项目中的实际应用,提出了在摆动旋转系统中进行自动找零的完整方法.根据理论分析及实验验证,该找零方法在快速性、精确性、抗干扰能力以及对系统性能的要求等方面相比一般增量式编码器仅通过零位刻线进行找零的方法具有突出的优势,而算法本身也相当简便.从功能上讲,该结构和算法相当于将增量式编码器用作准绝对式编码器,因此具有很高的实用价值和推广意义.Taking the HEIDENHAIN RON786C incremental encoder as an example, a special kind of distance-coding mechanism was described, as well as a high-speed finding-zero algorithm based on it. Then, according to its application in a high-accuracy three-axis hydraulic simulator, an auto-finding-zero method in common use of swinging rotary systems was proposed. Both the theoretical analysis and experiments show its prominent superiorities in speed, precision, anti-jamming capability and requirement of system performance over the finding-zero mode of ordinary incremental encoders purely in virtue of their zero marks. Besides, the algorithm itself is also very simple. Functionally, it is equivalent to using an incremental encoder as an absolute one, which means its high practical value and great extended significance.
