摘  要:为了测试与标定大型锻造操作机的力承载能力与顺应能力,研制了一种力承载特性高的工况模拟装置来模拟工件对夹钳的作用力/位移即还原锻压工况,从而测试与标定装备.以DDS750锻造操作机为研究对象,分析了锻造顺应过程.顺应过程包括主动顺应与主被动顺应两阶段,期间存在机构的变拓扑.分析结果表明,被动柔顺避免了受力高峰的出现.针对工况提出了一种平面二自由度并联机构作为模拟装置,通过运动学分析得到了雅可比矩阵,分析了灵巧度、力承载特性、刚度特性,得出了最佳工作空间.最后给出了模拟装置的应用实例.This paper presented a new simulator which has a good force capability and can reproduce working environment of forging manipulator by simulating the force and movement of forging blank. The forging compliance process of the DDS750 forging manipulator was analyzed, and there is a mechanism topological change in the process including initiative compliance and passive compliance. A 2-DOF parallel planar mechanism was introduced as the simulator based on the above analysis, and the optimal work space of the mechanism was obtained based on the dexterity, force capability and stiffness performance index. Finally, an example of the simulator was introduced, which is a new approach for the testing and calibration of the heavy forging manipulator.
