摘　　要：教学计划管理是整个教学的重要环节之一,紧跟社会人才需求形势动态管理教学计划有助于提高人才培养效率。从动态教学计划的管理思路出发,提出动态教学计划的管理流程和科学制定教学计划方案。通过管理系统加以实现,并强调教学计划权限配置的重要性。Teaching plan management plan as a whole is an important element of teaching, keeping up with demand situation in the social dynamic management teaching plans can improve teaching efficiency in personnel training. From the dynamic management of the teaching plan, proposes the management flow of dynamic teaching plan and scientific institute scheme of teaching plan.
