摘 要:研究了印刷电路板(PCB)表面贴装大型并行系统(JUKI FX-1)的生产调度优化问题。将该问题分解成吸嘴分配、供料器配置和元器件贴装顺序三个子问题。针对这些子问题解的特征,分别设计了聚类分析算法、顺序遍历算法、组合取贴集合指派算法,并依据其在整个贴装优化问题中的内在联系进行了有机集成。基于实际生产数据进行了一系列的计算实验,结果表明所提出的模型及算法得到的调度方案比机器自带的生产软件得到的调度方案具有更高的贴装效率。This paper discussed the optimization of PCB assembly scheduling for a large parallel system, JUKI FX--1, which was known as the most complicated PCB assembly machines. This whole problem was formulated and divided into three subproblems,i, e. nozzle allocation, feeder ar- rangement and component placement sequence. By analyzing characteristics of the solutions, three heuristic algorithms, cluster analysis, sequence traversal, and assignation of built--in pick--and-- place set were designed for solving the three subproblems respectively. Then they were organically in- tegrated according to their internal interrelation. The integrated algorithm was implemented on real life problems, and contrastive results show that the proposed scheduling algorithm is more efficient than the software built-in JUKI FX-1.
