摘  要:采用两因素3×3析因设计,研究了日粮中添加3个肉碱水平(0、50、100 mg/kg)和3个甜菜碱水平(0、1000、1500 mg/kg)对杜长大三元杂交育肥猪生长性能及脂肪代谢的影响。结果表明:添加不同水平的肉碱和甜菜碱对育肥猪生长性能影响显著(P<0.05),添加不同水平的肉碱对育肥猪血清中甘油三酯、总胆固醇和高密度脂蛋白的含量以及肝脏中蛋白和脂肪含量影响显著(P<0.05),证实了肉碱与甜菜碱在降低血清甘油三酯上存在交互作用(P<0.05),对其他指标均无互作效应。In this study, the effects of dietary supplementation with L- carnitine and betaine on growth performance and lipid metabolism of finishing pigs (Duroc Landrace Yorkshire) were determined. Different levels of L-carnitine (0,50,100 mg/kg) and betaine (0, 1 000,1 500 mg/kg) were added into the diets. The results showed that L-carnitine and betaine supplementation have significant effects on average daily gain and average daily feed intake (P〈0.05). ITcarnitine supplementation has significant effects on the content of triglyceride, total cholesterol and high density lipoprotein in serum (P〈0.05). Adding L-carnitine has the effects to increase the protein content and reduce the lipid content in liver (P〈0.05), but L carnitine and betaine have interaction effects only on the triglyceride in serum.
