成都市双生子登记系统建立的进展状况

摘  要:[目的]建立成都市双生子登记系统,并对双生子登记方法进行比较。[方法]从成都及周边地区募集6~16岁双生子,通过寄信及走访学校两种途径进行双生子登记。通过提取颊黏膜DNA进行双生子卵型鉴定。[结果]调查了双生子213对。其中,同性别双生子175对(男性77对,女性98对),不同性别37对。213对双生子中有卵型结果的189对(93%),其中同卵双生子99对,异卵双生子90对。213对调查者中,来源于学校途径的有159对,来源于寄信途径的有62对,其中有8对重叠。学校途径的应答率高于寄信途径(χ2=3.61,P﹤0.05)。[结论]成都双生子登记系统已取得了初步进展。为了更加快捷、高效的收集双生子,可以主要从小学进行募集,进一步壮大成都双生子登记随访系统,为日后的研究奠定基础。[Objective] To set up twins registry system in Chengdu, and to compare the different ways of twins collection. [Methods] Participants were 6-16 years twins from Chengdu City. We collected twins from two ways of mailing a letter and interviewing schools. Egg was determined by picking buccal mucosa of DNA. [Results] 213 pairs were participated in our study, including 175 pairs with same sex (77 male pairs and 98 female pairs). 189 twins' (93%) DNA were picked up successfully, including 99 monozygotic (MZ) twins and 90 dizygotic (DZ) twins. There were 159 pairs collected form the school way and 62 pairs collected from the letter mailing way, 8 pairs were overlaped in both ways. The respondent rate was signifi-cantly higher in school way than in mailing letter way (χ2 = 3.61, P﹤0.05). [Conclusion] Twins registry system in Chengdu has been developed to some extent. We could collect twins from primary school to make the registry work more effective. The registry is basic resource for the further study.
