摘　　要：介绍了顾桥矿通过制订煤质计划指标、加强采制化过程中的煤质管理以及合理配采、稳定煤质及加强毛煤洗选等方面的现场煤质管理手段,完成了各项煤质指标,提高了煤炭产品质量。Through the way of field coal quality management, the coal quality was improved in Guqiao Mine. And the main measures of coal quality management were as follcws： making coat quality planing, strengthening the management in the sampling and preparation process, reasonable blending mining, stabilizing coal quality, and strengthening run of mine coal washing.
