摘　　要：以五指山市本地特色蔬菜守宫木、马齿苋可食用部分为材料,采用化学常规方法测定了守宫木、马齿苋的水分、粗脂肪的含量。By Wuzhishan city local Characteristic vegetables：the edible parts of the Sauropus audrogymus（ L. ） Merr and the Portulaca deracea. L are materials, determined their moisture and crude fat content using the conventional methods of chemical.
