结肠折叠在原位肛门重建术中控便功能的实验研究

摘　　要：观察结肠折叠在原位肛门重建术中对控便功能所起的作用以及其必要性。将20只家兔随机分为实验组和对照组各10只，实验组行结肠折叠加再造外括约肌，对照组不行结肠折叠只再造外括约肌，分别于术后1周、1个月、2个月、3个月观察实验动物排便次数。结果显示，实验组控便功能明显好于对照组。结果表明，结肠折叠在原位肛门重建术中起到内括约肌、直肠角、直肠壶腹等功能，对重建肛门控便功能作用较大。The objective of this study was to observe the effect of the procedure of colon folding and anus reconstruction in situ and evaluate the defecation controlling function. 20 rabbits were randomised into two groups,10 in the study group underwent colon folding and external sphincter reconstruction, while the other 10 in the controlled group underwent external sphincter reconstruction only. Defecation time of these rabbits was recorded, postoperative 1 week, 1,2,3 month then. Results showed defecation-controlling function in the study group was better than that in the controlled group. It is concluded that colon folding can exercise the functions of internal sphincter, rectal angle and rectal ampulla, which make great contributions to the defecation-controlling function of the reconstructed anus.
