首都物流管理人才培养的思考

摘　　要：首都北京物流活动频繁,交易量大,急需大量的各层次物流管理人才。本文立足于为首都经济服务,通过分析北京物流行业发展状况和物流人才培养的主要问题,提出了首都物流管理人才培养的对策。Beijing, the capital of logistics activity is specially frequent, trading volume is very large, and is urgently needed the massive various levels logistics management talent at all levels. This article bases on serving for the capital economy, by analyzing the development of Beijing and the main questions of logistics talent cultivating, and put forward some solutions on talent cultivating in logistics management.
