藏药消瘀康胶囊制备工艺研究

摘　　要：[目的]为消瘀康胶囊优选制备工艺条件。[方法]以出膏率、浸出物、芍药苷及药材卫生学检验为指标，用正交试验法优选工艺条件。[结果]优选出消瘀康胶囊的制备工艺，重复试验结果满意。结合生产实际，确定其最佳工艺条件为水提量为6—7倍，提取时间为2h；乙醇浓度为85％，量为7～8倍，提取时间为1h，提取2次；乙醇闷放时间为12h，乙醇最佳浓度为95％，烘干温度为70℃。[结论]通过正交工艺优选试验，降低了成本，保证了药品质量。[Objective] The research aimed to optimize the preparation process of Xiaoyukang capsule. [Method] With extract yield rote, extracts, paeoniflorin and medicinal materials hygiene examination as indices, the process conditions were optimized. [ Result ] Tne preparation process was optimized and the repetition test results were satisfying. Combined with the production actuality, the optimum process conditions were confirmed as follows： water extraction volume of 6- 7 times, extraction time of 2 h, ethanol concentration of 85% with the volume of 7 - 8 times, extraction time of 1 h for twice, the closed placement time of 12 h, the optimum ethanol concentration of 95 % and drying temperature of 70℃. [ Conclusion] Through the orthogonal process optimization test, the cost was reduced and the drug quality.
