“双参灌注液”的制备及其药理作用研究

摘　　要：[目的]寻求一种有安全有效治疗奶牛乳房炎的中药制剂。[方法]从5种中药中分别提取有效成分,进行配伍组方,对双参灌注液的毒理、药理学进行研究。[结果]该复方中药的抑菌效果比鱼腥草注射液的抑菌效果好;根据眼刺激反应评分标准,确定双参灌注液对眼膜无刺激,且无毒副作用。[结论]该复方具有高效、安全、低毒、无化学药物和抗生素残留的优点,对治疗奶牛乳房炎具有重要意义。[Objective] The aim of the study was to seek a safe and available traditional chinese medicine preparation to treat cow mammitis. [Method] Effective ingredients were extracted from 5 species of chinese medicinal materials respectively and processed compatibility combination. The toxicology and pharmacology of shuang shen perfusate were studied. [ Result ] The results showed that the effect of compound traditional chinese medicine was better than yuxingcao injection. According to marking standard of eye stimulation reaction, Shuangshen perfusate wasn＇t stimulated to optic capsule, and no side effects. [Conclusion] Shuangshen perfusate was efficient, safe, low toxic and no chemical and antibiotic residual for cow mastiffs treatment in veterinary clinic.
