摘 要:采用溶液燃烧法成功制备了高发光效率的纳米BaMgAl10O17∶Eu2+(BAM)蓝色荧光粉,着重研究了点燃温度对BAM形貌、晶体结构和发光性能的影响。结果表明,在较低的点燃温度时,反应启动慢,燃烧不充分,合成的产物含有杂相且发光性能低;而点燃温度太高又导致产物颗粒烧结严重、团聚度增加且颗粒形貌变差。溶液的最佳点燃温度为600℃,此时能合成纯相BAM,且产物的形貌规整、颗粒尺寸分布窄,发光性能优良。The Eu^2+ activated blue emitting BaMgAl_10O_17:Eu^2+ (BAM) phosphor is successfully prepared by solution combustion method. The influence of ignition temperature on the morphology and luminescent properties of BAM blue phosphor is mainly investigated. The results show that when ignition temperature is low, the mixture reacts very slowly and the combustion is not sufficient leading to the final products including organic impurities and decreasing the luminescent intensity of BAM. But if the ignition temperature is too high, the morphology of BAM will be destroyed. The optimal ignition temperature is 600℃, at which the obtained BAM has a regular spherical shape, narrow size distribution and high luminous performance.
