摘  要:超高压磨料水射流是一种可用于淹没状态的加工工艺。文中利用超高压射流数控切割平台,分别在射流压力80~240MPa,靶距2~14mm,切割横移速度200~1000mm/min范围内平均选取5档工况,进行淹没条件下切割花岗岩实验,研究射流参数对切割深度的影响。实验表明,在完全淹没条件下,随着压力增加,切割深度加深;切割靶距增大,切割深度随之降低;横移速度越小,切割深度越大,随着横移速度增加,切割深度的减小幅度下降;在超高压条件下,横移速度的影响大于靶距的影响。在单个参数影响分析基础上,运用回归分析法得到淹没状态下磨料射流切割岩石的半经验参数模型,对模型进行分析,验证了模型的可信度,为实际应用和进一步研究提供了参考。Ultra-high pressure abrasive waterjet technique has been widely used for its considerable advantages over traditional techniques. This paper aimed at understanding deeply the relationships between the cutting performance and the parameters of the abrasive waterjet in submerged environment. Five cases of the test were carried out in the experiments,their parameters range: waterjet pressure from 80 to 240 MPa, standoff distance from 2 to 14 mm,cutting speed from 200 to 1000 mm/min. The results show that under the submerged condition, the cutting depth increases with the pressure increasing linearly and decreases with the standoff distance increasing. When the cutting move speed decreases, the cutting depth increases.Under the Ultra-high pressure conditions, the cutting move speed is more affecting to the cutting depth than the standoff distance. Finally the semi-experience cutting model was set up by using regression analysis technology based on the data.
