摘　　要：结核病是一种人畜共患传染病,牛和人是最常见的感染者。牛型分枝杆菌引起的人类结核病,其传染源可以来源于患者,也可以来源于患牛。通过辨析结核病菌感染及诊断防治中的各种复杂因素,对同型不同物种来源的分枝杆菌进行鉴别,以追踪结核病的传染源,从源头上防治结核病。The tuberculosis is an anthropo zoonosis that infects human beings and cattles most commonly. The human tuberculosis,which is caused by the Mycobacterium boris, can get their infection sources either from the patient of TB or the sick TB cattle. The laboratory diagnosis on the Mycos that are the same homotype but not the same species can help not only to trace the infection sources of the tuberculosis,but also to eliminate them.
