摘  要:目的:使用α-氰基丙烯酸烷基酯建立人肝癌-裸鼠皮下肝原位移植瘤模型。方法:培养对数生长期的BEL-7402人肝癌细胞,接种于裸鼠皮下,形成皮下移植瘤后再移植于裸鼠肝内,利用α-氰基丙烯酸烷基酯建立肝原位移植瘤模型(间接肝原位移植瘤模型)。结果:成功的利用α-氰基丙烯酸烷基酯建立了间接肝原位移植瘤模型。移植瘤成功率达93.3%。结论:与传统的肝原位移植瘤模型制作方法比较,利用α-氰基丙烯酸烷基酯建立间接肝原位移植瘤模型方法简便,成功率高,便于推广使用。Objective: Using α- cyanoacrylate to establish the orthotopic transplantation tumor model from the subcutaneous model of human hepatocellular carcinomas(HCC)in nude mice. Methods: The subcutaneous animal model was established by transplanting BEL - 7402 cell into the subcutaneous of nude mice. Then the orthotopic transplantation tumor model was established by injecting the subcutaneous transplanted tumor into liver(indirect orthotopic model). Using α - cyanoacrylate to stanch a cut and prevent tumor from falling. It was compared with the traditional indirect orthotopic transplantation model and observed postoperative complications. Results: Using α - cyanoacrylate to establish the indirect orthotopic model propagated stably and easy. The survival rates of the transplantation tumor were 93.3 % . Conclusion: The indirct orthotopic transplantation tumor model by using α- cyanoacrylate to establish is an ideal instrument for study of the metastatic mechanism and screen of anti- metastatic drugs. The method is easy and convenient.
