转型期我国大学生事务管理中紧迫问题成因结构模型研究

摘　　要：本研究采用开放式调查、访谈、理论分析等方法,分别从学生和教师两个角度建构了"转型期我国大学生事务管理中紧迫问题成因"结构模型。通过验证性因素分析,研究者验证了大学生眼中的大学生事务管理问题4因素结构模型(19题项)拟合情况比较理想(CFI=0.95、RMSEA=0.061,X2/DF=2.58),结构比较稳定。教师眼中的大学生事务管理问题6因素结构模型(28题项)拟合情况比较理想(CFI=1.00、RMSEA=0.000,X2/DF=0.87),结构比较稳定。By means of open-ended survey, interview and theoretical analysis, this research respectively established the structural mode of causes of urgent problems existing in current student affairs from perspectives of both college students and teachers. Then the authors tested the mode by confirmative factor analysis. The results shows that both the structural mode of 4 factors （student version with 19 items） （CFI=0.95.RMSEA= 0. 061, X^2/DF=2.58） and that of 6 factors （teacher version with 28 items） （CFI = 1. 00,RMSEA=0.000,X2/DF=0.87） are relatively ideal and steady.
