摘　　要：目的:探讨18F-FDG符合线路SPECT/CT检查对于肺癌诊断和淋巴转移探查的价值。方法:60例疑似肺癌患者行18F-FDG符合线路SPECT/CT显像,以术后病理结果作为金标准,对18F-FDG符合线路SPECT/CT显像的灵敏度、特异性、准确率进行分析。结果:对肺癌原发病灶的定性诊断,灵敏度为80.8%,特异性为100%,准确率为76.7%;52例确诊肺癌患者淋巴结转移灵敏度为81.3%,特异性为80%,准确率为81%。结论:18F-FDG符合线路SPECT/CT显像对肺癌定性诊断的灵敏度高,特异性好;对淋巴结转移的探查有很好的价值,可为临床分期和制定治疗方案提供有益的参考。18F-FDG符合线路SPECT/CT显像用于肺癌的诊断和淋巴结转移的探查不失为一种较好的无创性方法。Objective ：To analyse the value of ^18F-FDG Coincidence SPECT/CT in the lung cancer diagnosis and evaluate lymph node metastasis . Methods ：Total 60 suspected patients with lung cancer were examined by ^18F-FDG Coincidence SPECT/CT detection; the results were compared with the pathology results. The sensitivity , specificity and accuracy were calculated and analyzed Results： Compared with pathology results, the sensitivity, the specificity and accuracy of 18F-FDG Coincidence SPECT/CT detection for lung cancer were 80. 8%, 100%,76. 7% respectively. To 42 lung cancer patients, the sensitivity, the specificity and accuracy of lymph node metastasis were 81.3%, 80%,81% respectively. Conclusion ：^18F-FDG Coincidence SPECT/CT has a perfect specificity and a considerable sensitivity to diagnosis the lung cancer and the lymph node metastasis. It is a useful noninvasive method for detecting and metastasis lesions of lung cancer.
