摘　　要：评述国内外科学普及的研究发展现状,分析发挥高校图书馆信息素质教育在缩小我国"数字鸿沟"、构建和谐信息社会中的重要作用,提出改进我国科学普及与信息素质教育的措施。This paper narrates and commentes the present situation of popular science at home and abroad, analyzes the important role of university library information education reducing ＂the digital divide＂and constructing harmonious information society in China, and proposes some suggestions in improving the popular science and the information lieracy education.
