人性演化特征与循性施教

摘　　要：血亲之爱、性善理念、善恶内容嬗变、以及道德教化的柔性建构是把握人性的关键环节。根据人性的演化特征来循性施教，就是通过血亲之爱来培养人的以孝悌为核心的向善内驱机制、运用“性善论”的先在理念来营造道德教育的良好氛围，根据善恶内容的嬗变来适时调整德育的内容和方法、凭借教化的柔性建构来覆裹刚性的法制建设。若能这样的循性施教，道德教育将更有效地促进自然人性向至善之境迈进。Love of blood relationship,good nature of human,transmutation of good and evil,flexible construction of moral and educational influence are key to holding humanity.Instruction in accordance with humanity evolvement are inner mechanism of good orientation with filial piety as a core through love of blood relationship,to establish good atmosphere of moral education with the doctrine of good human nature,to adjust content and methods of moral education with transmutation of good and evil,the flexible construction through moralization instead of rigid legal construction.Therefore, moral education will effectively upgrade natural humanity to the perfection.
