摘 要:河源区生态地质环境安全取决于生态地质环境风险、生态地质环境健康、生态地质环境服务三方面因素,而其不安全并不完全是影响因子累积或加权的结果,某一因子独立作用即可引发不安全。以此为基础,文章提出了一种简捷易行的多层次评估方法,评估结论对于河源区生态地质环境安全体系建设具有针对性和指导意义。用此方法对珠江源区生态地质环境安全进行评估,结果表明其生态地质环境是不安全的,属于复合型不安全。在其安全体系建设中,应特别重视景观格局优化、产业结构及生产力布局调整、石漠化与水土流失治理、面源污染治理、生态防护工程建设等。The eco-geological safety depends on three factors: the risks of eco-geological environment, the health of eeo-geological environment and the services supplied by eco-geological environment. Not only unsafety is the total accumulation of influencing factors, but also one factor can result in unsafety. The authors constructs a multi-level evaluation method whose evaluation conclusion has more targeted and guiding significance in practice. The security evaluation of eeo-geological environment in Zhujiangyuan by this means indicated that the eco-geological environment of Zhujiangyuan is unsafety. While constructing the safety system, pay special attention to the optimization of landscape layout, the adjustment to industrial structure and the distribution of productive forces, the governance of desertification, soil erosion and surface contamination, the construction of ecological protection measures, etc.
