摘  要:通过试验分析水泥温度与净浆稠度、初凝时间、终凝时间、抗折强度以及混凝土工作性能的关系。指出净浆稠度和抗折强度均与水泥温度呈明显的线性关系,而且随着水泥温度的提高,净浆初、终凝时间均逐渐缩短。另外,为了保证混凝土坍落度、弯拉强度等工作性能,水泥温度应控制在60℃以下。根据试验结果,提出改进水泥装卸工艺、利用骨料吸热、严格控制水灰比等混凝土路面高温水泥的施工控制方法。The relationships of cement temperature with cement paste consistency, initial setting time, final setting time, flexural strength and concrete workability are analyzed by experiments. The cement paste consistency and cement temperature have obvious linear relationship, as well as flexural strength. As the increase of cement temperature, the initial and final setting time of cement paste gradually decrease. Furthermore, in order to assure concrete slump and flexural tensile strength, the cement temperature should be controlled below 60℃. Based on experimental results, some construction controlling methods for high temperature cement are put forward, such as improving cement handling technique, applying aggregate for absorbing heat, controlling wator-cement ratio strictly.
