摘　　要：医疗卫生资源是我国医疗卫生体制改革研究中的常见语词,误用率极高,且缺少系统深入的概念分析。文章立足于现代大资源理论的认识,主张大资源观的认知视域,并采取语义分析的方法从分析资源与医疗卫生的概念着手,对医疗卫生资源进行了独特的视角分析。文章认为,应围绕医疗卫生机构和卫生服务,将卫生服务提供与卫生服务筹资相结合,突破经济资源与社会资源的分界来界定医疗卫生资源,并对其进行了准确的概念界定。Medical resource is a common term in the process of Chinese medical system reform research, which is abused in many cases and lack systematic concept analysis. This article sets its foot on the context of modem resources theory, proposes the understanding aspect under modern resources concept, and starts from the concept of resources and modern medical health via semantic methods. The author analyzed medical resources from a unique perspective. The author believed that the definition of medical resources should be carried out accurately by combining offering medical services and collecting funds for medical services, breaking through the division between economic resources and social resources.
