摘 要:采用从Stock6单倍体诱导系中选育出的3个诱导系对4个糯玉米杂交种进行诱导,通过对诱导子粒形态和细胞学鉴定,探索其在糯玉米单倍体育种应用的可能性。结果得出:3个单倍体诱导系的诱导率差异极显著,以Stock6-1诱导率最高为7.27%;4个糯玉米杂交种被诱导率差异极显著,以糯玉米杂交种199被诱导率最高为6.86%;对紫顶白胚的拟单倍体种子进行细胞学鉴定,染色体条数为10条的种子占57%,染色体条数为20条的种子占43%。研究表明,糯玉米单倍体育种能提高糯玉米育种效率,应加强这方面的研究并尽快应用于实践。Four waxy maize hybrids haploid were induced by three haploid inducting line from haploid inducer Stock6. Preliminary study was carried out on breeding of waxy maize haploid by identifying haploid seed on the basis of morphological marker and Cytological Identification. The results showed that the difference of induction frequency of three haploid inducting line was extremely significant (P〈0.01). The induction frequency of Stock6-1 was highest by 7.27%. The difference of induced frequency of four waxy maize hybrids was extremely significant (P〈0.01). The induced frequency of waxy maize hybrids 199 was highest by 7.27%. The results showed t that the proportion of 10 chromosomes was 57%, and the one of 20 chromosomes was 43% in pseudo seed of haploid with non-purple plant marker by Cytological Identification. It was suggested that the application of haploid breeding of waxy maize may improve breeding efficiency.
