摘 要:文章是在供应和需求具有不确定性条件下研究供应链中的核心企业即制造商的最优库存量的确定。文章引入基于奖惩制度的协同机制模型来协调制造商和销售商之间的关系,销售商实行JIT方式采购,要求制造商能及时响应需求的变化,需求假设为随机需求且服从指数分布,这就需要制造商能保持合理的周转库存来提高自身的柔性。文章采用数学微积分方法进行求解,引入销售商对制造商的奖励系数和惩罚系数,得到一个库存模型,且此模型能使制造商获得最大的期望利润。It isto study the manufacturer which is the core enterprises in the supply chain how to determine its optimal inventory under the conditions of the supply chain with the uncertainty in Supply and demand. In this article, the introduction of the model of coordination mechanisms based on the reward and punishment system helps to coordinate the relationship between the manufacturer and the distributor, the distributor implements the procurement of JIT which requires manufacturers to be able to timely respond to changes in demand, demand is assumed to be random and be subject to exponential distribution so it requires the manufacturer to maintain a reasonable inventory for rurnover to increase the flexibility of its own. In this article ,the mathematical calculus method is adopted to seek for the solution, the introduction of the reward and punishment factor that sellers give the manufacture's, then a stock model is achieved and the model will enable manufacturers to maximize profit expectations.
