摘　　要：随着人民生活水平的提高,手机已经逐渐普及到了每个家庭,随之而来的就是大量电子垃圾的产生,对生态环境造成了重大的危害。而我国还没有建立起相应的逆向物流渠道,因此,本文借鉴国外手机逆向物流的经验以及对Computer Atlantic公司的实证研究,构建起我国的手机逆向物流系统,探讨了我国政府与企业应该采取的管理策略,以此达到循环经济的目的。As the living standard of the Chinese people is rising, mobile phone has gradually spread to every family. And then, it caused a lot of e-waste, and made significant harm to the ecological environment. However, out country hasn＇t set up the reverse logistics channel about it. Consequently, in this paper, we get experience from the mobile phone reverse logistics in the overseas, and research the company of Computer Atlantic. Then, we construct our country mobile phone reverse logistics system. Discussing the management strategy of government and enterprises should take, to achieve the purpose of recycling economy.
