摘　　要：高校学术评价体系存在的不足之处因量化评价方法、惩戒机制不够完善、学术规范未能有效遵守而需要完善。在借鉴英美国家学术评价制度基础上,提出建立学术问责制、建立严厉的惩戒机制、建立健全学术评价组织体系、改进学术评价的方法技术等建议。The paper tries to survey such issues and problems with academic assessment as quantified evaluation, imperfect mechanisms for punishment, and better academic standardization in higher education. It, thus, puts forward correspondent solutions of establishing blame-taking system, strict punishing mechanism, scientifically reasonable assessment units, and modem approaches and technologies, which can be learned from those of the UK and the US.
