摘　　要：食品安全问题是世界各国广泛关注的重要问题,也是目前国际上研究的热点问题。加强对食品安全问题的研究,不仅有利于我国自身食品安全体系的建立和完善,而且更有利于增加我国食品的科技含量,增强我国食品在国际上的影响力,提高我国食品工业产品在国际市场中的地位,进一步促进我国食品工业的快速发展。采用逆向选择模型构建食品安全社会信用体系,可以有效促进我国食品质量安全的提高,增强国际竞争力。Food security is an important problem attracting broad concern all over the world, and also a hot topic in international research. The research on food security is beneficial for both the construction and perfection of China＇s own food security system and increase of scientific and technological content, which will strengthen the influence of China＇s food in the world, situation of our food industrial products, and rapid development of food industry. To construct social credit system of food security by adverse selection model will enhance the quality safety of China＇s food effectively and international competitiveness.
