摘　　要：当前高等教育正面临诸多改革,决策的科学性将成为改革成功的关键.文章从决策科学性的理论依据入手,分析了影响高等教育改革决策科学性的原因.通过推进高等教育决策的民主化、专业化、法制化以及人性化途径,提出了解决的对策.The current higher education is facing a number of reforms, and the scientific value of decision - making will become the key to the success of the reform. This article, based on the fundamental theories of the scientific decision - making, analyzes reasons impacting the scientific value of decision - making in the reform of higher education. It puts forward solutions, through the promotion of the democratization, professionalization, legalization as well as humanization in higher education＇s decision -making.
