摘　　要：叙述了芬兰森林资源开发、林权、管理体制和森林公路里程、密度等情况，并介绍了芬兰森林公路的标准，规划设计的原则、方法，道路路基路面结构及桥涵设计的一般情况和森林公路施工的情况。On the base of the description of forest resources exploitation, forestry rights, management system and forest roads mileage, density, and so on in Finland, the paper introduced Finland's forest road standard, the principle and method of design, the common sketch of the structure of subgrade and pavement and the design of the bridge as well as the construction of forest roads.
