西部某高职院校学生自尊与心理健康关系研究

摘　　要：目的探讨高职生自尊与心理健康的关系。方法采用Rosenberg自尊量表和一般健康问卷对445名高职生进行问卷调查,对调查结果进行统计分析。结果高职生的自尊得分(3.02±0.48),忧郁得分(2.51±0.64),焦虑得分(2.81±0.76),自我肯定得分(3.34±0.54),心理健康得分(3.34±0.40);高年级、城市、非独生的高职生焦虑水平分别高于低年级、农村、独生子女,而心理健康水平分别低于低年级、农村、独生子女;高自尊高职生忧郁得分低于低自尊高职生,而焦虑、自我肯定、心理健康得分高于低自尊高职生;自尊与忧郁呈负相关,与自我肯定、心理健康呈正相关;忧郁、自我肯定、心理健康对自尊的β值分别为-0.53、0.49和0.45(P<0.01)。结论高职生自尊和心理健康总体处于中等水平;高职生的心理健康与年级、生源地、是否独生、自尊水平高低有关;忧郁、自我肯定、心理健康与自尊相关,且有预测作用。Objective To explore the relationship between self--esteem and mental healthy of college students. Method 450 college students were investigated by Self-esteem Questionnaire and eneral Health Questionnaire. Results Self-esteem （3.02±0.48） ; depression（2.51±0.64） ,anxiety（2.81±0.76） ,self-affirmation（3.34±0. 54）,mental health（3.34±0.40） ;The vocational college students who are high grade, city, singleton have a higer level on anxiety than low grade,country, non-singleton. But mental healthy is lower. The high self-esteem ＇ s college student have a lower score on depression than lower self-esteem, whereas is higer on anxiety and self- affirmation. There was a positive correlation on mental healthy, self-affirmation, anxiety in terms of self-esteem. And there was a negative correlation between self-esteem and depression. The score of depression, self- affirmation,mental healthy on self-esteem is -0. 53,0. 49,0.45 （P〈0.01）. Conclusions There is correlation between mental healthy and grade, birth place,whether singleton, self-esteem＇s level. There is correlation between anxiety, self-affirmation,mental healthy and self-esteem,and have a predietive effect.
