摘 要:采用海藻酸钠-壳聚糖-活性炭(SA-CA-PAC)微胶囊固定一株对氯苯酚优势降解菌。比较了微胶囊固定化菌与悬浮菌对对氯苯酚的降解效果,同时研究了接种量、温度和pH对降解效果的影响。研究表明,微胶囊固定化菌的降解效果优于悬浮态菌,微胶囊固定化菌处理120mg·L-1的对氯苯酚废水的最佳接种量为3g·L-1,微胶囊固定化菌降解对氯苯酚的最适宜pH为7.0,最适宜温度为30~35℃。A kind of target bacteria which had high performance in degrading 4-chlorophenol was encapsulated in the alginate-chitosan-powder active-carbon(SA-CA-PAC) microcapsule. The removal efficiency of 4-chlorophenol with microcapsuled bacteria and suspended bacteria was compared at different concentration of 4-chlorophenol and the degradation effect of inoculation quantity, pH and temperature were studied. The results showed that the removal efficiency of microcapsuled bacteria was apparently superior to that of suspended bacteria, and the optimal conditions of degrading 4-chlorophenol was pH 7, temperature 30-35℃ ,and the optimal inoculation quantity at the 4-chlorophenol concentration of 120mg·L^-1 was 3g·L^-1.
