摘 要:目的研究肝细胞肝癌(HCC)组织中Spy1的表达,探讨其与增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA、Ki67)以及与临床病理之间的关系。方法免疫组化方法检测50例HCC及癌旁组织和10例肝血管瘤旁肝组织中Spy1和Ki67蛋白的表达。收集5例HCC及癌旁肝新鲜组织,免疫印迹技术检测Spy1和PCNA的表达。结果Spy1在HCC中的表达高于对应的癌旁肝组织。HCC中,Spy1的表达强度与肿瘤病理分级?血清AFP值之间相关(P<0.05);Spy1与Ki67表达呈正相关(P<0.01)。结论Spy1在HCC组织中高表达,Spy1可能在HCC的发生、发展中发挥重要的作用。Objective To study the expression of Spy1 in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) and its correlation with proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA, Ki67) and clinical pathological variables. Methods The expressions of Spy1 and Ki67 were detected by immunohistochemistry in 50 samples of HCC tissues and tomor-adjacent tissues and 10 samples of native liver tissue adjacent to hepatic hemangioma. Fresh specimens from 5 cases of HCC and adjacent liver tissue were collected for detecting the expressions of Spy1 and PCNA with Western blot. Results Spyl expression in HCC was higher than that in the tomor-adjacent tissues. In HCC, Spy1 expression was correlated with histological differentiation, serum alpha-fetal protein levels (P〈0.05). Spy1 expression was positively correlated with Ki67 (P〈0.01). Conclusion The expression of Spy1 is upregulated significantly in HCC. Spy1 may play an important role in the oncogenesis and development of HCC.
