摘  要:目的:对不同溶剂提取马铃薯茎、叶废弃物中茄尼醇的提取效果进行比较分析。方法:以石油醚、乙醇、醋酸乙酯为溶剂,采用索氏提取法提取马铃薯茎、叶废弃物中的茄尼醇,并用高效液相色谱法测定其含量。结果:马铃薯茎、叶的石油醚提取物中茄尼醇含量分别为0.31%和2.61%;乙醇提取物中茄尼醇含量分别为0.32%和3.69%;醋酸乙酯提取物中茄尼醇含量分别为0.25和1.69%。结论:不同溶剂提取所得样品含量有差异,用乙醇提取马铃薯茎、叶废弃物中的茄尼醇效果较好;马铃薯叶中的茄尼醇含量远高于茎中的茄尼醇含量。OBJECTIVE To compare and analyze solanesol extracted from potato leaves and stems using different solvents. METHODS Petroleum ether, ethanol and ethyl ecetate were used as extraction solvent in soxhlet extraction method so as to extract solanesol from potato leaves and stems. The content of solanesoi was analyzed by high--performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). RESULTS The content of solanesol in petroleum ether extracts from waste potato leaves and stems was 2. 61% and 0. 31%, 3.69% and 0. 32% in ethanol extracts, 1.69% and 0. 25% in ethyl ecetate extracts respectively. CONCLUSION The content of solanesol are varied by different extraction solvent. The results suggests that extraction of solanesol from potato leaves and stems by ethanol is satisfactory.
