摘 要:目的探讨喷砂处理对脱落托槽与牙面粘结的抗剪切强度的影响。方法选择因正畸需要而拔除的健康前磨牙30颗,粘结新托槽并于1h后去除。随机将前磨牙分为A、B、C3组,每组10颗。A组采用喷砂法去除脱落托槽底板粘接剂后重新粘结,B组对脱落托槽采用简单清洗法处理后重新粘结;C组粘结新托槽。分别测量各组抗剪切强度并记录粘接剂残留指数。结果A、B、C3组的抗剪切强度分别为(15.91±6.69)、(9.42±3.49)和(19.32±4.31)MPa,A组与C组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但均显著高于B组(P值均<0.01)。结论喷砂处理能增强脱落托槽与牙面粘结的抗剪切强度。Objective To study the effect of sandblasting on the shear bond strength between rebonded metal brackets and enamel. Methods The brackets were bonded to 30 premolars distracted due to orthodontics and debonded 1 hour later. The premolars were evenly divided into A, B, C groups. The premolars were all rebonded with brackets: group A with sandblasted brackets, group B with simply cleaned brackets, and group C with new brackets. After rebonding, the shear bond strength (SBS) and adhesive remnant index score were determined. Results The SBS of group A, B, C were (15.91±6.69), (9.42±3.49), and (19.32± 4.31) MPa, respectively. The SBS of group A and group C were significantly higher than that of group B (both P〈0.01); there was no significant difference between group A and group C (P 〉 0. 05). Conclusion Sandblasting can enhance the shear bond strength between bonded metal brackets and enamel in vitro.
