摘  要:研究了20%蜂蜜与小菜蛾颗粒体病毒(PxGV)混用后引诱小菜蛾和菜蛾绒茧蜂补充营养时接触PxGV进而传播感染小菜蛾幼虫的效果,结果表明:经由20%蜂蜜介导,小菜蛾接触PxGV能引起子代幼虫病毒感染,致死率12.3%,菜蛾绒茧蜂接触PxGV能引起小菜蛾幼虫病毒感染,致死率35.3%,但病毒感染对寄生蜂的发育有极显著不利影响。总结了取食刺激物与病毒杀虫剂混用存在的优缺点。Feeding stimulant such as honey could improve the infection of baculovirus to the larvae of insect pests. In the current paper, a compound, including 20% honey which can attract the diamondback moth and its larval parasite, Cotesia plutellae, and Plutella xylostella granulo virus(PxGV) which can contaminate the adult and the parasite, was used to evaluate the transmission effect of PxGV. The results indicated that: (1) Diamondback moth which contacted the compound resulted in the death of the progeny larvae and the mortality resulted by PxGV was 12.3%. (2) The parasite which contacted the compound also resulted in the death of the larvae of diamondback moth and the mortality resulted by PxGV was 35.3%. (3) Infection of PxGV disturbed the development of the parasite markedly. The advantages and disadvantages of mix feeding stimulant into baculovirus insecticides were sunanarized at the last.
