外源激素戊酸雌二醇对黄鳝生长的影响

摘　　要：将戊酸雌二醇添加到饲料中,对池塘网箱黄鳝进行周年饲养。结果显示,同月份B、C两组黄鳝平均体重比对照组A要大,但3组之间没有显著差异(P>0.05),表明戊酸雌二醇对网箱养殖条件下黄鳝的生长没有明显的促进作用;性腺重随季节的变化而变化。Eel was fed with the diets adding Estradiol valerate for a year round in pool cages. The results revealed that the average body weight of group B（10mg·kg^-1） and C（50 mg·kg^-1） was higher than group A in the same month, but no significant difference among the three groups in final results （P〉0.05） was observed. The weight of gonad changed with season alternation. It was concluded that Estradiol valerate had no promotion for eel＇s growth.
