脑室外引流加尿激酶注射治疗脑室出血31例的体会

摘　　要：目的：寻找治疗脑室出血的方法。方法：对我科2001年2月-2009年2月收治的31例脑室出血的患者，采用脑室外引流加尿激酶注射治疗。结果：治愈或好转25例，占80．6％。结论：脑室外引流加尿激酶注射治疗安全有效，促进清醒，效果满意，值得推广。To seek treatment for ventricles of the brain hemorrhage. Methods. Methods From February,2001 to February, 2009.31 examples of ventricles of the brain hemorrhage, used external drainage and urokinase injection treatment. Results The cure or changes for the better were 25 examples, accounted for 80. 6%. Conclusion External drainage and urokinase injection treatment is safely effective,the promotion is sober, the effect is satisfying,is worth promoting.
