摘　　要：目的回顾分析透明角膜切口超声乳化折叠人工晶状体植入术的临床安全性。方法对256例256眼老年性白内障患者行3．0mm透明角膜切口白内障超声乳化折叠人工晶状体植入术，对发生的并发症及原因进行分析。结果白内障透明角膜切口术后并发症中，最严重且最难控制的是急性感染性眼内炎，它起病迅猛，预后极差，对视功能损害大。该病的发生与透明角膜切口的稳定性有关。结论对可能伴有免疫功能低下的患者采用有结膜覆盖的白内障手术切口方式，可减少并发症发生。Objective The clinical safety of clear corneal incisions applied in phacoemulsification and foldable lens implantation were retrospectively analyzed.Methods 256 cases（256 eyes）of senile cataracts were treated by 3.0 mm clear corneal incisions applied in phacoemulsification and foldable lens implantation and complications were analized.Results The acute infectious endophthalmitis is the most serious and most difficult to control in postoperative complications after phacoemulsification and foldable lens implantation, the onset of infectious endophthalmitis is very rapid and the prognosis is very poor, and the greatest damage to visual function.The occurrence of the diesease is correspond with the stability of clear corneal incisions.Conclusion The approach of the conjunctiva incision for the cataract surgery in the immunocompromised patients will be even better.
