摘  要:本试验应用Real-timePCR和L-乳酸试剂盒分析了维吉尼亚霉素对瘤胃乳酸杆菌数量和L-乳酸浓度的影响。试验结果显示:试验组与对照组中乳酸杆菌数量和L-乳酸浓度差异不显著,但试验组乳酸杆菌数量和L-乳酸浓度明显低于对照组;这说明维吉尼亚霉素对乳酸杆菌数量和L-乳酸浓度具有一定程度的抑制作用。这种作用可能是通过维吉尼亚霉素抑制乳酸杆菌数量变化而间接地抑制L-乳酸浓度增加。This experiment was conducted to investigate that influence of adding virginiamycin to diets of steers on ruminal LactobaciUus populations and L-lactic acid concentration with Real-time PCR and L-lactic acid kit. The results showed: there were no difference in ruminal Lactobacillus populations and L-lactic acid concentration between control group and treatment group. But Lactobacillus populations and L-lactic acid concentration of control group tend to be higher than that of treatment group. Data suggested that virginiamyein is a potent inhibitor of ruminal Lactobacillus populations and L-lactic acid concentration, That trend implied that virginiamyein seemed to control the growth of ruminal Lactobacillus populations and, therefore, has the potential to moderate ruminal L-lactic acid concentration accumulation.
