摘　　要：目的:探讨经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术治疗表浅性膀胱肿瘤的临床效果。方法:回顾性分析经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术治疗108例表浅性膀胱肿瘤患者的临床资料。结果:所有患者均一次手术成功,手术平均时间19min,术后无严重并发症。101例患者经1～3年随访后有16例复发,复发率15.84%(16/101),所有患者无一例死亡。结论:经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术具有组织损伤小,操作简单,并发症少,可反复进行的优点,是治疗表浅性膀胱肿瘤的有效治疗方法。Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of transurethral electroresection of bladder tumor for treating superficial bladder cancer. Methods：Clinical materials of 108 cases with superficial bladder cancer treated by transurethral electroresection of bladder tumor were analyzed retrospectively. Results： The first operation was successful in all the patients, average operation time was 19 minutes, there were no severe complications occurred postoperatively. 101 patients had been flowned up for 1 to 3 years, 16 cases recurred and recurrence rate was 15.84% （16/ 101 ）, all the patients without mortality. Conclusion： Transurethral electroresection of bladder tumor not only is small tissue injury and simple technic but also has the advantages of less complications and repeatedly performable proeesso it is the effective treatment for treating superficial bladder cancer.
