摘　　要：从酒泉丝路文化旅游资源及其开发的实际出发,选用特尔菲法(Dlephi)和层次分析法结合(AHP)的方法对其进行了评价.首先利用特尔菲法获取评价指标的基础资料,建立评价因子的具体定量标准,然后客观、有效地确定评价指标的权重,建立评价指标体系,构造判断矩阵,最后对结果进行处理,为如何开发指明方向.From the fact that silk-road culture tourism resource and development in Jiuquan, we get the fundamental data of assessable norm by the methods Delphi and finds the special and quantificational mode of assessable factor. Then, we define the exponent of proportion norm and establish the system of assessable norm and set up the estimation matrix of judgment. Finally, we deal with the result and point out the orientation for the silk-road culture tourism development in Jiuquan.
