摘　　要：目的方法结果结论观察小切口非超声乳化白内障摘除人工晶状体植入术治疗白内障的临床效果。对79例79只眼白内障施行小切口非超声乳化白内障摘除人工晶状体植入术。术后三天裸眼视力≥0.5者35只眼(44.3%)。术后一周裸眼视力≥0.5者52只眼(65.8%)。小切口非超声乳化白内障摘除人工晶状体植入术操作简便、不需昂贵设备,手术效果满意。Objective To observe the clinical effects of implantation of small incision non-phacoemulsification intraocular lens in the patients with cataract. Method 79 cases（79 eyes） were accepted small incision non-phacoe mulsificafion cataract surgery and were implanted intraoeular lens. Results The vision of 35 eyes was more than or as much as 0.5（44.3%） three days after operation ,and that of 52 eyes was 0.5（65.8%） seven days after operation. Conclusion This technique of small incision non-phacoemulsification possess satisfactory result ,simple operation and cheap equipment.
