非玻璃体手术治疗黄斑裂孔性视网膜脱离的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨非玻璃体手术治疗黄斑裂孔性视网膜脱离的疗效方法对9例(9眼)黄斑裂孔性视网膜脱离行巩膜外环扎术联合玻璃体腔注气术(C3F8填充术),术后取面向下体位结果8只眼黄斑裂孔闭合,视网膜复位,术后视力均有不同程度的提高,1眼复发,行玻璃体切除手术结论巩膜外环扎术联合玻璃体腔注气术对于眼球条件好,无明显视网膜增殖,玻璃体牵拉的病例有良好的疗效,但是应重视其这种手术方式的局限性和对适应症的把握。Objective To explore the curative effect of surgical treatment of retinal detachment due to macular hole. Methods 9 eyes with retinal detachment due to macular hole underwent encircling combined with intravitreous C3F8, injection. Strict prone position was conducted after operation. Results 8 cases obtained retinal replacement and macular hole closure. The vision of 8 cases increased in different degrees. Conclusions Encircling combined with intravitreous C3F8 injection is the safe and effective method in treating retinal detachment due to macular hole.But we must recognize the limitations and indications of the surgical method.
